I am happy to announce we will be re-opening starting June 1st. We have spent the last 10 weeks researching a plethora of information pertaining to COVID-19 and its effect on the dental setting. We have taken an evidence based approach to our risk management and have policies in place to ensure that we keep our patients and our staff as safe as possible.
Our goal is to provide the same level of excellence without interruption to your usual experience. With that said there will be some small changes that you will notice along with many that should go unnoticed. Some of the larger changes include:
Patients will be asked screening questions prior to their appointment.
Temperatures will be taken for all patients and all staff each day.
Patients will be asked to stay in their cars until their operatory is ready, to ensure social distancing precautions. We also ask that you wear a face mask when entering the office.
Common area surfaces and bathrooms will be disinfected even more frequently throughout the day
All clinical staff have N95 masks, face shields, surgical masks, head caps, disposable gowns and gloves.
Each room will be equipped with increased airflow and a HEPA air filter with UV-C sterilization to ensure clean air.
When you come in it might resemble a Sci-Fi movie more than a dental office but please understand it is only due to an abundance of caution so that we can get back to treating you safely. We have tried to make as many changes on our end so as not to interfere with you, with that said please understand that we will do our best to accommodate everybody in a timely manner. We have a large backlog of appointments, for our hygiene appointments we will be instituting a $45 broken or missed appointment fee. We will require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Thank you for your understanding, we are very excited to get back to work and we welcome any and all questions you may have prior to your appointment.
